Hi, thank you for visiting!

This site is a distillation of 3+ decades of entertainment and media experience.

As a comic and cabaret artiste I have performed for corporate kings, real-life royalty, and myriad glorious queens.

As a presenter I have done television, radio and hosted huge events nationally and internationally.

Behind the scenes I did my own marketing and PR, produced luxury event entertainment, and coached high-profile clients in public speaking.

My public career was halted due to debilitating illness and in 2017 I became a social media manager. This combined my love of communication and community – because social media is simply telling stories to people, something I truly understood!

Today, after my healing odyssey of body, mind, and confidence I have condensed ALL my experience into practical, actionable tools for confidence. I can’t wait to talk to you about how they can uplift you, the way they have me.
